📌 Return Policy

Since FreeFlowTech Cloud is a digital payment and software-based service, traditional “product returns” do not apply. Instead, we offer a Service Access Adjustment Policy:

1. Digital Services

• Access to software licenses, subscriptions, or digital tools provided through our platform cannot be returned after delivery because they are intangible digital services once activated.

2. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

3. Credits & Billing Adjustments

• In case of billing errors or duplicate charges, adjustments or account credits may be issued at our discretion.

4. Free Trial Period

• If you are on a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Paid subscriptions begin only after choosing a paid plan.
